I have made an order, now what?
An invoice will be sent to you within the next 24 hours from our gmail account. Payment details will be stated then.
Are items inclusive of normal mailing?
Nope! SGD1.50 will be charged per item, or more if item(s) weigh heavier. SGD0.50 from second piece onwards.
A top up of SGD2.25 is required for registered mailing. We strongly encourage you to opt for registered mailing as we will not be responsible for any lost normal mail. 3bucks is a small amount to give yourself a peace of mind.
Do you do meet-ups?
Yes, but only for bulky items(e.g. bags/shoes) and at our convenience. Payment has to be done and verified before collection of item(s).
Are prices negotiable?
Nope! Do make sure you are on our mailing list to receive first-hand information on available promotions though.
Am I only allowed 24hours for payment?
We operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. Upon receiving invoice, payment has to be made within the next 24hours to be guaranteed purchase. Item(s) will be passed on the next interested buyer thereafter. Time extensions are allowed only if we are informed beforehand. Many of our items are exclusive one-offs, we seek your understanding in this.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are based in Singapore, only ibanking and ATM transfers are allowed. Snapshots of receipts will be required for the latter.
I have made my payment, now what?
Do reply to the invoice with required details. An e-mail will be sent to you once payment has been verified.
Will I wait long?
To our best, item(s) will be mailed within the next 3 working days. Patience's a virtue!
Do you entertain refunds/ exchanges/ trades?
Nope! Please clarify all doubts before making a purchase. Any possible defects on vintage pieces will be mentioned.
